Behind KhaShot Photo

Hey, I'm Khalil

I'm the photographer behind KhaShot Photography.

Photography started for me because I loved noticing things—people, light, streets, little moments, and the kinds of scenes you might walk past without thinking much about them.

The more I photographed, the more I realized I wasn't interested only in making technically perfect pictures.

I liked photographs that felt like something.

That's what I'm chasing with KhaShot.

I'm learning as I go, having a lot of fun doing it, and trying to make photographs that are genuine to the people standing in front of my camera.

So if you're willing to experiment a little, laugh a lot, and maybe wander around looking for good light with me, I think we'll get along just fine.

My first camera was a wedding gift from a close friend of mine. It is from that gift that my love of photography was born

I'd like to give the gift of photography as it was given to me, joyfully
